Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, and equivalent protective packaging.

Please pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we have no way of knowing when or how the damage occurred and will not be able to accept it as a return.

All returns are subject to inspection.

We will not accept any product that appears to have been used or damaged, unless there is a valid warranty issue. For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions.

Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.

If you do decide to use your own carrier, please use a carrier that incorporates tracking and/or insurance services. And please leave all necessary contact information.
