Shipping & Returns

All items must be returned within 45 days of their original delivery date.

  1. To initiate a return, please call us: (651) -207-8109 or email to support@robustaccessories.com. It may help you avoid an unnecessary return.

  2. Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, and equivalent protective packaging.

  3. Please pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit. If we receive a damaged item, we have no way of knowing when or how the damage occurred and will not be able to accept it as a return.

  4. All returns are subject to inspection.

    • Returned items will be inspected within 7 business days.

    • In some cases, the manufacturer will need to inspect the item. This may require additional time.

  5. We will not accept any product that appears to have been used or damaged, unless there is a valid warranty issue. For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions.

  6. Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.

  7. If you do decide to use your own carrier, please use a carrier that incorporates tracking and/or insurance services. And please leave all necessary contact information.

  8. You will be refunded for your merchandise, but we will not refund shipping costs. ** Please contact us before giving us any negative feedback.

Shipping:

  1. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. All shipments must be prepaid. 

  2. Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states.

  3. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day.
