2.SHIPPING DAMAGE- If a product arrives broken or has missing pieces, please contact our sales team IMMEDIATELY! FOR ITEMS THAT ARRIVE IN DAMAGED PACKAGING, it is necessary to contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS. We will need pictures of the damaged box and the shipping label so we can process a damage claim with the shipping company.
